DLW employees enthrall audience

On the concluding day of the two-day Inter-Department Cultural Competition at Diesel Locomotive Works (DLW) in Varanasi on June 17, 2010, several attractive programmes were presented by the employees of the DLW making the audience feel captivated throughout the function.
