Diesel Locomotive Works (DLW) General Manager KK Saxena unfurled the national flag on the occasion of India's 64th Independence Day at Basketball ground in DLW on August 15, 2010. He also addressed the function. Students of various schools presented attractive cultural programmes to mark the occasion.
