Banaras Hindu University (BHU) vice-chancellor Professor Dhirendra Pal Singh inaugurated a painting exhibition " Vision: Earth 2021" at the Faculty of Visual Arts in Varanasi on May 13, 2011. About 250 paintings and posters made by the students drawn from different schools of Varanasi were displayed in the exhibition. The paintings focussed on global warming, climactic changes and protection of environment drew huge applauds from visitors. Professor RP Singh, director, Institute of Agricultural Sciences, BHU, was the guest of honour at the opening function.Photo: PPP Cell-BHU
