Mahamana Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya Jayanti Samaorh ( The birth anniversary of Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya, as per Hindu calendar Paush Krishna Astami, was organised at Malviya Bhavan in Banaras Hindu University on December 28, 2010. Justice Giridhar Malviya, grand son of Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya and Dr Manju Sharma, grand daughter of Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya, were the special guests on the occasion. BHU vice-chancellor Professor DP Singh gave away the prizes to the winners of different competitions organised during January 17 to 27 to celebrate Malviya Jayanti.
